Sungallon's manufacturing and corporate headquarters are situated in Guanlan, a suburban area of Shenzhen. Boasting a turnover of 19.8 million US dollars in 2014, the company stands as the largest producer and distributor of Thermoplastic Elastomers in China.
Using state of the art twin screw compounding equipment Sungallon
is able to produce a wide range of materials with
hardnessVarying from gels to that of Polypropylene. At present the
production capacity is in excess of 40Kt/year.
Supporting Sales and production is a dedicated team of 8 R&D
engineers and a well equipped Lab. .Sungallon has set itself
amission to partnering with customers in joint developing tailor
made solutions to meet functional, cost and product safety
requirements.
Sungallon has successfully obtained certifications in line with the
ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, along with fulfilling numerous
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements. We strictly
follow a range of Restricted Substance Standards in our
manufacturing practices, and we have carefully engineered our
production plants to prevent any material cross-contamination.

lntertek to verify our compliance with EN71-ASTM F963 orcustomer's
RSS.
Although we are a Chinese company, we do have a global perspective
and support customers outside China through our export sales desk
